Feldenkrais

The Feldenkrais Method is based on science.  Moshe Feldenkrais, an engineer, physicist and judo instructor, developed the Feldenkrais Method to ease his own pain. It is a mind-body approach that re-educates your nervous system and structure to improve movement, ease or eliminate pain, and help your overall wellbeing.  As you learn better ways to achieve the activity at hand, you experience improvements in balance, flexibility, breathing, and coordination.  Those who have injuries or medical conditions also experience more comfort by learning to draw on different parts of their bodies for support and strength.  It is for people of any age – 0 to 99 years old.
