Cosmic Frontiers

This two day event (Saturday May 3rd and Sunday May 4th) is the second in a planned yearly ‘Cosmic Frontiers’ series for New Mexico, following a very successful Cosmic Frontiers 2024 – Stephen Hawking and the Universe. The 2025 program will bring together eminent planetary scientists and astronomers for three main scientific sessions: Planets in our solar system, Exoplanets, and Methodology for planetary study and exploration. The scientific talks will be divided equally between presentations from LANL scientists, scientists from New Mexico Universities, and scientists from outside New Mexico.

A book sale, planetarium shows, films, and stargazing will also occur. All components are free and open to the public. This event is first come first serve.
